Discovering Genoa Nervi
Destination
A place where natural beauty meets history and culture, offering authentic experiences to be enjoyed in every season.
The advice is to start the visit from the characteristic small port, surrounded by an amphitheatre of pastel-coloured houses and fishing and pleasure boats: a corner that encapsulates all the maritime essence of the village.
This is the starting point of the famous Anita Garibaldi Promenade, a panoramic route of about two kilometres suspended over the sea, between jagged cliffs and the lush Nervi Parks. Perfect for a rejuvenating break, it offers numerous opportunities to enjoy an ice cream, lunch al fresco or indulge in a sea-view dinner. Don't miss a sunset aperitif, enveloped by the colours of the sky and the magic of the reflections on the sea.
The promenade and the centre of the village finally lead to the Nervi Parks, a green oasis overlooking the sea and enclosed between Via Aurelia and the coast. A large botanical garden hosting rare species, centuries-old trees and the enchanting Luigi Viacava Rose Garden, a true naturalistic jewel.
