Accessible access for guests with disabilities

The Bristol Palace Hotel is deeply committed to accessibility, offering welcoming and functional spaces designed to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest. The main entrance and common areas are fully accessible and free of architectural barriers, allowing smooth circulation throughout the historic property.

Two elevators connect the various floors of the hotel, providing convenient access to the rooms, meeting spaces and main services. All indoor areas, including the restaurant and communal spaces, are arranged to ensure ease of movement and autonomy.

The hotel also offers two Grand Deluxe rooms specifically equipped for guests with reduced mobility. These accommodations feature spacious interiors, facilitated access and bathrooms fitted with dedicated solutions designed to guarantee safety and comfort.

The only non-accessible areas are the Restaurant Terrace (with service available instead in the Giotto Room) and the Bar Bistrot (where guests can be comfortably served in the lobby), due to structural constraints linked to the historic nature of the building.

Respecting the architectural value of the historic palace, every intervention has been carefully designed to balance accessibility with heritage preservation, offering an inclusive experience without compromising the elegance and charm that define the Bristol Palace.
