Sea and land come together in essential dishes, guided by seasonality and careful selection of ingredients.

The Giotto Restaurant welcomes guests with offerings designed for different times of day: a lunch menu and an à la carte menu which take advantage of local flavours, accompanied by vegetarian dishes and solutions dedicated to specific dietary needs.

Bookings

If you are delayed, please inform the restaurant. If we do not hear from you, your table will be kept for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond your booking time.

Bookings can be cancelled or modified, subject to availability, without additional costs up to six hours before the booking time.

Paid parking is available with valet service.

DRESS CODE

The restaurant does not have a formal dress code; for lunch we suggest smart casual, while for dinner we recommend casual elegant wear.

Please avoid inappropriate attire, such as Bermuda shorts, flip-flops and vests.

PETS

If you wish to bring a pet, please notify us at the time of booking so that we can prepare for their arrival and provide a dedicated table if necessary. In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets must be accompanied and kept on a lead at all times. Only one dog per table is permitted.

opening hours and contacts

The Giotto Restaurant is open every day for lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., and for dinner from 7:00 to 10:30 p.m.

Starting Monday, June 1st, the Giotto Restaurant doubles its spaces with our open terrace (weather permitting). The two sails that shelter it from the hot Italian sun render it a one of a kind location.

The Terrace will be open for lunch, from 12:30 to 14:30, and for dinner, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

In case of bad weather, you can have dinner or lunch in the Giotto room.

The restaurant is open both to guests of the Hotel Bristol Palace and non-residents.
