In the warm season, service extends to the 80 m² terrace, an outdoor space which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner immersed in the charm of the centre of Genoa.

The Giotto Restaurant is a refined and elegant restaurant in the centre of Genoa, in perfect dialogue with the historic character of the hotel. The bright, curated spaces are perfect for socialising in a discreet atmosphere. Chef Marco Pernati and his team offer contemporary cuisine inspired by Ligurian and Italian traditions, interpreting the flavours of the local area in a balanced and precise manner. Selected ingredients, seasonal where possible, and a focus on preparation define an offering which takes advantage of the sea, the land and the local gastronomic identity.

In the warmer months, the Giotto Restaurant's terrace offers a discreet outdoor space in the centre of Genoa. Shaded by awnings inspired by sails, it pays homage to the city's maritime heritage in a well-lit and orderly setting. The space offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service outdoors.
