In the heart of Genoa, Chef Marco Pernati offers contemporary cuisine inspired by the aromas of the Mediterranean and with deep links to the Ligurian region. Sea and land come together in essential dishes, guided by seasonality and careful selection of ingredients. The Giotto Restaurant welcomes guests with offerings designed for different times of day: a lunch menu and an à la carte menu which take advantage of local flavours, accompanied by vegetarian dishes and solutions dedicated to specific dietary needs. After your meal, enjoy a tea or herbal tea from La Via del Tè or a Segafredo Zanetti coffee, products with certified quality and sustainability.

The Giotto Restaurant's terrace is open in the warmer months, weather permitting, for lunch, from 12:30 to 14:30, and for dinner, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
In case of bad weather, you can have dinner or lunch in the Giotto room.
