The abbey was renovated, donated to the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) and opened to the public in 1983. We recommend that you reach it by boat from Camogli (about 40 minutes drive from Hotel Bristol Palace) or directly from Genoa (in the summer months) with a half-day excursion.
