There are stories that deserve to be told. Stories of people who, with courage, passion, and determination, have transformed an idea into a valuable enterprise or contributed to creating value. TALENTS. Stories of Extraordinary Enterprises, a new project by Gruppo Duetorrihotels, will pay tribute in Genoa to three entrepreneurs who, through their work, make a significant contribution to the city’s economic and social development and to promoting the value of Made in Italy around the world.

Taking part in the event TALENTI — scheduled for May 29 at 6:00 PM in the Sala Paganini — will be an opportunity to hear directly from those who have managed to turn an idea into a business, an insight into a successful project.

The format includes a series of “short speeches” that will allow the protagonists of the first edition of Talenti to share their personal perspective on leadership. At the heart of the initiative are the faces—but above all the ideas—of these Talents, conveyed through highly emotional moments, each starting from a key word chosen by the speakers themselves.

Each entrepreneur will thus be able to share with the audience sparks of creativity and vision, along with stories of entrepreneurial life that can ignite imagination and inspiration, creating “positive cross-pollination.”

Daniela Gentile, CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, is a leading figure of strong and innovative female leadership in one of the key sectors for the future of our country. Since 2021, she has also been Chief Executive Officer of Ansaldo Green Tech, the group’s division specializing in energy transition through renewable sources and innovative solutions.

Pietro Romanengo, a member of the seventh generation of the family behind the historic Confetteria Romanengo 1780, to which she has dedicated her entire professional life, helping to pass down its values, vision, and tradition. She is also a member of the Governing Council of the Banca d’Italia’s Genoa branch and has served as President of the Associazione Locali Storici d’Italia.

Giulia Vernazza, Sales and Project Manager of the logistics hub of Vernazza Autogru, an example of contemporary entrepreneurship in a highly specialized technical sector. In addition to hands-on experience on construction sites, he is also an active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Group within the Unione Industriali di Savona, where since June 2024 he has served as Vice President with a national mandate.
