Hereditas and Duetorrihotels: enhancing talent to strengthen Italian hospitality
Duetorrihotels S.p.A. participates as a founding member in the creation of Hereditas, a Foundation established in Stresa to train the future leaders of Italian hospitality, contributing to the development of a pathway dedicated to strengthening managerial skills and enhancing the new generations within the sector.
The Group, which preserves four historic hotels - the Grand Hotel Majestic "già Baglioni", the Due Torri Hotel, the Hotel Bernini Palace and the Hotel Bristol Palace - thus reaffirms a vision that regards hospitality as a cultural heritage to be safeguarded and passed on.
As a member of the Foundation, Duetorrihotels will contribute to shaping the educational pathways, offering hands‑on experience, scholarships and opportunities for professional growth.
The initiative is part of a broader strategy aimed at strengthening an Italian hospitality sector that is aware, innovative and capable of addressing future challenges through advanced training and the enhancement of professional skills.
