Safety Measures

We want every Hotel Guest and colleague to feel confident that each aspect of our commitment is designed with safety and wellbeing in mind. The new operational protocols include: plexiglass separators at the reception desk, prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employees areas and entrances, protective masks and other equipment worn by hotel colleagues, social distancing guidance in public areas.

 

Sanitization of common areas

We have increased frequency of cleaning with alcohol hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, recreational areas, public restrooms, elevator buttons, all employee areas, and more. Sanitization of guestrooms

 
Sanitization procedures with an innovative certified procedure based on the atomization of hydrogen peroxide and with alcohol hospital-grade disinfectants are carried out in the guestrooms and suites. We also offer in some guestrooms our personalized kit with hand sanitizer.
 
Our partner Pedersoli Group Laundries guarantees the total hygiene of our textiles with a specific certification achieved in June 2007 according to UNI EN 14.065 – RABC Assosistema Confindustria guidelines -which establishes standards and operating methods (certificate of compliance) to secure the hygiene of the threated textiles: VIDEO

To achieve GBAC STAR™ accreditation, the Hotel Bristol Palace was required to demonstrate compliance with the program’s 20 core elements, which range from standard operating procedures and risk assessment strategies to personal protective equipment and emergency preparedness and response measures.
