Espresso, Aperitif, Drinks... in der kleinen, eleganten „Bar Bistrot" werden auch verschiedene Gerichte der italienischen und ligurischen Küche serviert. Besondere Spezialitäten sind der handgemachte Pesto und die Gemüsetartes.

Durchgehend geöffnet von 11.30 bis 24.00, auf Wunsch auch Zimmerservice (die Küche schließt um 23.30 Uhr, danach werden bis zum Lokalschluss nur noch Snacks und kalte Gerichte serviert)
